This striking Key West 263 FS is both flexible in offering comfort and versatility, but is also a serious center console fishing boat making this an excellent choice for active families, anglers, and for those who enjoy a variety of activities on the water. Fishing amenities include dual livewells, 22 rod holders, and horizontal rod storage in the gunnels. This aquamarine/light blue 263 features a stepped hull, allowing the boat to get on plane quickly, minimizing rise, and allowing for consistent visibility on the horizon. Notable features normally associated with more expensive boats include a through-hull windlass and open bow seating with front-facing backrests. Storage under the bow seating area is generous. A fish box (or additional storage) can also be found in the floor of the bow area. This boat also includes a Minn Kota Terrova trolling motor mounted on the port side of the bow. Also on the port side, the helm/center console features an access door for more storage and is large enough to accommodate a portable head. The helm is equipped with dual Garmin touch screens as well as a marine VHF radio above as well as stereo controls. The console seating area features folding bolster seating, allowing two persons to either sit or stand while resting against the bolster when in the bolster is left in the 'up' position. The hardtop is oversized providing plenty of shade. Behind the helm is a top mounted fresh water sink, cutting board and drawer along with a slide out cooler. The 263 also features both a freshwater and saltwater wash down connected under the port side gunnel. Rod storage is not a problem on this boat! the 263 features horizontal rod storage racks that are molded as part of the deck - both durable and recessed, providing sufficient tow clearance. The 263 also comes with a port side, hinged entry door. The door opens down to the inside of the boat - with the bottom of the door serving as a second step to get into and out of the boat. Once the door is opened, a stowable ladder can then be access, and is built into the hull and can be easily deployed allowing for easy and convenient water access. On both the port and starboard sides aft, there are two livewells. These serve multi-purposes. When not used for bait, each well can hold a 30-gallon bag of ice or trash bag. Under the rear bench offers a removable storage liner providing full access to pumps and fittings in the bilge area.
