THE SHADOW is a 40.5m (134.5ft) motor yacht constructed in aluminium to RINA classification by Italian shipyard Mondomarine. Delivered in 2013, her exterior design is by Cor D. Rover and Luca Dini designed her interiors.

Luca Dini’s contemporary bright interiors give THE SHADOW’s inside entertainment areas a light and spacious feel. The open plan main saloon has a formal dining table forward and an informal lounge area with a large TV and recently upgraded AV equipment for movie nights. The upper deck sky lounge also features a large TV with surround sound and blackout blinds.

THE SHADOW’s interior configuration has been designed to comfortable accommodate 11 guests in 5 cabins. The full beam master suite on the main deck has its own corner office, dressing room and a marble bathroom. There's also a 67in TV behind the large mirror in the cabin for late night screenings. On the lower deck are two full beam VIP suites, a double cabin and a twin cabin with an additional pullman berth, all with en suite marble bathrooms. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew on board to ensure a relaxed yachting experience.

THE SHADOW’s abundant and versatile deck spaces are perfect for family entertainment. Her sun deck has a huge sunbed forward, a fantastic seating area for drinks and shade, a fully equipped bar with TV and versatile deck space aft for entertainment and exercise with a running machine and a cycling machine.

There's an open air dining and a fully equipped bar on the upper deck aft with optional shade from removable awnings. Forward is a Portuguese bridge and a large sunpad. She also has another shaded lounge area on the main deck aft and large swim platform next to a beach club with removable privacy awning. Her large garage/beach club includes a floating dock and an anti-jellyfish pool for secure and relaxing bathing wherever.

She comes with a 5.9m Scanner RIB, 3.8m Williams Turbojet Sport tender, a 3.4m crew Zodiac, two Sea-Doos, a jetski and two SeaBobs. Twin 2,185hp MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 19 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots and a maximum range of 2,200nm at 12 knots. Naiad stabilisers ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests on board.
