The hull is constructed of steel and has four watertight bulkheads. The superstructure is constructed of sea-water resistant aluminium alloy. She is intended for extended cruising and has a Trans-Atlantic capability.

Air Conditioning: 2 x 36000 BTU Heinen & Hopman dual compressor single AHU cooling / heating system. Aircon setting is suitable for tropical weather. 

Electricity:

• 400V, three phases, 50 Hz for power appliances, nautical equipment and catering from generators.
• 230V, single phase, 50 Hz for lighting, small catering and power appliances, control circuits and nautical equipment.
• 110V, single phase, 60 Hz for small consumers brought on board by Owner and guests.
• 24 V DC for safety and emergency appliances from batteries.

Shore Power:   

• One shore connection with shore connection control box, hardwired is installed in the aft peak. 
• 
  A three phase shore isolating transformer is mounted in the engine room with a capacity of 150 kV A. 

Batteries: All batteries will be of the fully closed and maintenance-free type. 

• Main starting batteries 4 sets, each 240 Ah - 24 V DC. 
• Service battery 1 set 400 Ah - 24 V DC. 
• GMDSS battery I set 200 Ah - 24 V DC.

She sleeps eight guests in four guest cabins on the maindeck. Forward is the full beam owner's suite and an open plan dressing room, with abundant natural light through large windows either side and a huge skylight running the length of the cabin. Total up to 10 guests in 5 cabins. 

Further aft are two double cabins and a twin cabin, all with large picture windows and en suite. She accommodates nine crew on the lower deck.

She has a hugh dining area on the upper deck, and an additional entertainment room behind the wheelhouse that can easy converted to an extra statement.

• Tender launching system in the lazarette - The movable steel tender platform is estimated 6.5 meters long and 2.5 meters wide, and able to lowered / lifted whilst loaded with a 2,000 kg tender, while the tender winch has a max capacifty of estimated 1,000 kg.

• A large A. de Keizer Elektrotechniek b.v. jacuzzi is located on the sundeck
• Aft deck with Lloyd's structurally approved helicopter platform with removeable stainless steel rails. The helicopter deck is to be suitable for a landing plafrom for a MD 500 E helicopter with max. weight of 1.4 tons. 
• A portable cabon davit with manual winch is included with two davit deck sockets in the bulwark of the sundeck, max safe working load at 500 kg with outreach 2 meter. 

A CCTV system is installed, comprising: 

• 1 x make Panasonic model WV CW 504S fixed dome camera (color in day time and black and white at night) on the aft deck, companionway SB and PS and swim platfom1.
• 1 x  17" LCD screen will be installed in the Wheelhouse and one 15" LCD screen in the the Crew mess , both with a Panasonic quad unit to display these cameras.
