Traditionally, the London-manufactured Fairline Squadrons have been the largest yachts in this internationally renowned series until this dynamo came onto the scene. Despite being the smallest model in the range, she comes in at a far lower price without losing any of the design and technology advances pioneered in her famous larger siblings. In fact the Squadron 42 even adds a number of new practical, cutting-edge innovations!
This well-maintained 2012 Fairline Squadron 42 is configured in the familiar and proven flybridge cruiser style with two cabins forward, a centrally located galley on a mid-level and a saloon aft leading out to the cockpit space. The flybridge is an ideal place for entertaining and dual steering controls means the pilot can also join in on the fun outside while skippering from the flybridge.

It was the most wonderful brief for our designers that would require every ounce of their ingenuity and experience. The result is a compact Squadron with the genuine feeling of a much, much larger yacht. Each area has been designed to work in harmony with the next. Your journey through the entire yacht is seamless, with no interruptions. And it is this flow that gives a feeling of a luxurious, open space. The type of freedom you would only expect from a 50+ foot yacht. The large flybridge isn’t just for show, every aspect has been carefully considered to create the space for people to move around freely. Yes, we can safely say, it is every inch a Squadron.
