Alexander Marine Australia are pleased to present this immaculate 2013 Cabo 44 Hardtop Express to the market as central agents.
'Rotondo' was first commissioned in 2016 by her current and first owner. She was built 240v and as the ultimate boy's toy for the serious fisherman. She is powered by Cat C18's offering blistering performance, and equipped with a Pipe Welders tower and an extensive array of Furuno electronics to raise fish. What a weapon!
Cabo Yachts are world famous for exceptional build quality and proven rough water performance. 'Rontondo' is a fine example of such craftsmanship. Her two cabin & two head layout, plus cockpit mezzanine seating, make for a compelling package in a 44ft sport fishing boat.
Her plus 16ft beam allows for an expansive teak laid cockpit which is perfect for fishing and entertaining. Serious anglers will appreciate the padded cockpit combing, multiple rod holders, live bait tank and dual plumbed underfloor kill tanks. This model Cabo features aft-facing mezzanine seating which is handy when waiting for the bite or when in entertaining mode. The elevated helm deck, which can be air-conditioned as required by dropping the strataglass clears across the aft bulkhead, offers the skipper excellent vision in every direction.
Comfortable Stidd helm seats are provided for the skipper and navigator, while a spacious U-shaped settee and gloss teak coffee table provides an all-weather entertaining and or dining area. The exterior upholstery is all high quality bullet-proof Ultraleather.
As for electronics 'Rotondo' is equipped with an extensive array of Furuno electronics displaying on multiple Furuno MFD's. The Furuno equipment includes the powerful WASSP sounder and Furuno satellite compass. The custom teak dash on the helm helm pad features Palm Beach style engines controls for when the action is taking place out the stern of the vessel.
Her boisterous twin Caterpillar C18's power provides excellent sprint speed and are still under Caterpillar extended warranty. Her wide beam, Carolina flare and shallow draft provide a soft dry fast ride. Whilst afloat her Onan Genset takes care of the onboard 240v power requirements. A Watermaker permits extended time at sea.
Her Pipe Welders tower is a work of art, and features recessed flood flights for illuminating the cockpit after hours.
When it's time to retire for the day below deck you will find a U-shaped galley to port with Corian tops and featuring a two-burner ceramic cooktop, Vitrifrigo 104 litre drawer fridge/freezer, top loading deep freezer and a handy 4kg front loading clothes washing machine. To starboard there is the guest stateroom with single over and under bunk beds. Moving forward through the central companionway (which is lined with rod storage racks either side!) you reach the guest/day head to port featuring a toilet and separate shower. Up in the bow you have the master stateroom featuring island double bed and master ensuite to starboard. The accommodation area features lots of natural light and ventilation via deck hatches which feature integrated insect screens and or block outs.
'Rotondo' has just completed a comprehensive yard period and is presented in stunning condition. In preparation for sale she has completed her Caterpillar 1000 hour logbook service. She has just been slipped, antifouled, prop speed applied and the boat has had a complete polish and lastly been ceramic coated. She is gleaming!
