-Boat Jeanneau SO 439 (code 482) is available for sale after season in October 2022.

-Boat can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 double cabins and 1 double cabin with a bunk bed. 

-Sailing yacht offers 2 toilets.

-Boat equipment features rolling mainsail, radar, salon gps plotter and bow thruster. It also boasts a flat screen tv, heating, air conditioning, an audio system and outside speakers. The fully-equipped galley includes a microwave, freezer, oven, cooker and sink.

- Standing rigging is in very good condition because people were mostly sailing under
light wind  and equipment was not under serious pressure. Running rigging - ropes, travelers, blocks, winches and  halyards are also in very good condition. 

-Sprayhood is in very good condition. It has new ''windows'' from 2020. Bimini is in good condition, one part of bimini was damaged two years ago and it was replaced with new sunbrella.

-Two batteries were changed this year and they are still under warranty and
last year also two batteries were changed.

-The engine is regularly serviced (impeller, belt, cooling water, oil and fuel filters were changed in April 2022 before starting the season and oil has been changed after 100 hours again).

-All engine mounts were changed in July 2022.

-The dinghy is damaged and it needs repairing.All hatches are in very good condition, with no damages and leaks.
