2005 X-Yachts X-4614m

Extremely well maintained "modern version 3 cabin" performance cruiser X-46 from 2005 (hull #41) with big cockpit locker in port side (reinforced hinges!), teak on side deck, central deck house and cockpit. Single owner who looks after her tremendously well doing yearly maintenance jobs: S-drive seal replaced, new rod rig from 2016 with contemporary quality check of the mast, new VHF fixed and handheld, new anchor chain in stainless steel and new salon cushions (Sep 2019) in creme white faux leather (please note that the advertised photos are with the previous blue cushions). Spinnaker equipment inclusive two spinnaker poles in carbon and alu (standard pole). Reckmann furler. Self tacking jib track coming along (never used). Large sailing set for both cruising and racing (furling + tuff luff) in good conditions (see list below). Full equipment of Raymarine navigation instruments inclusive wireless Raymarine TackTick instrument on mast with excellent visibility for night sailing. Four Andersen winches; 2 electric for main sheet and halyard (single button speed accelerator). Switch for anchor roller next to steering wheel (comfortable and secure to use with the new stainless steel anchor chain that does not muck up!)

Below deck large salon with pantry along the port side. Three cabins equipped with thicker mattresses. Eberspächer D5 heating system with 5 outlets (installed by the X-Yachts during construction). Pantry with 2 fridges and a 2-burner stove with oven. Salon table never used (the owner stored it away when buying the boat and for this reason not visible on the photos). The floor panels were vanished last time in 2016. Holding tank in both front and aft toilet. Mirrors in both toilets replaced with new ones in Nov 2019. Electric and manual bilge pump with alarm.

Aft-deck shower with hot and cold water. Cockpit table with teak in very good conditions, sprayhood in dark blue in very good conditions and mast deck LED light. Gangway in carbon. New tender (Honda Marine 240) from 2017 and outboard engine 3.5 HP 4-stroke. Teak deck in general good conditions and can go another 3-4 years (originally 10 mm). Liferaft (expiry July 2020), EPIRB and 5 lifejackets Helly Hansen self inflatable.
