She is set up to sail single handed if necessary. Last sail was from NY to FL alone over two months. She has the extra optional cockpit winches offered by Hunter and all lines lead to the cockpit. Sailing this boat alone is a breeze...

Remote control anchor windlass, new Bow Thruster and over powered Yanmar make maneuvering a dream in tight spaces. An LED bar headlight makes finding markers or obstacles night effortless. Another LED bar light floods the back deck, dinghy, transom steps, BBQ and fishing area, Large deck cushion beds on aft deck for lounging and aft 2 person rail seats are the best guest seat in the hose while cruising. Sails are in good shape with years of cruising left in them (just serviced). The Ray Marine navigation system, plotter, autopilot and radar all work seamlessly together with additional screens and access points below.

Her BRAND NEW bimini and Isinglass have never been sailing yet. (installed Sept 2022). The overhead cockpit framing supports a custom powered station with lights (white and red for night vision), charger plugs and storage where easily accessible by anyone in the cockpit. The folding steering wheel on the well appointed helm offers walk around access and more room when not underway.

Her non-traditional layout has been designed to make her as comfortable as possible with 7 foot headroom and her open plan offer spacious accommodations unlike any other 45 foot sailboat. The master stateroom has a center line huge bed with walk around access, a separate shower/bathtub, makeup/office desk with storage, massive storage and closet space. The forward guest cabin is not a cramped and inaccessible V-berth but a Queen sized Pullman Bunk setup with separate large head and shower in the "V". Again, Storage is abundant. The 2 person galley is not a tight fit for one but a easily accessible top loading and front loading refrigeration and freezer that will not spill the cold every time the door is opened which saves power while off of the dock. Plenty of counter and plating space, three burner Force 10 stove and oven, microwave and 65" Samsung Smart TV, Master stateroom TV. Cable hook up and digital antennae on masthead, new bimini, new running rigging, new dinghy davits, new force 10 large rail mounted BBQ, deck shower, anchor locker wash down system, MANTUS anchor, 300 feet of chain and spare rode, ALL NEW batteries throughout.
