Beautiful and well maintained example of this popular flybridge cruiser. Built 2004 to a high specification. Twin Yanmar 6LPDTP - 260hp diesels which have been well maintained with no expense spared. Boat has been fully rewired and has recently had all batteries replaced including switches, wiring and smart charger. Spacious accommodation with "Owners" cabin aft with double berth, en-suite heads with electric flush toilet and shower. Forward cabin with two generous singles and an ensuite heads compartment. The decks have been replaced professionally with "Dek King" synthetic teak. The flybridge seats have been replaced along with new protective covers.

The boat is powered by twin Yanmar 260 hp inboard diesels. These are seen by many as the ideal option as they are happy to cruise at displacement speeds but can also give 22 knot plus top end speed to get you out of trouble.
The engines are mid mounted and easily accessed through the saloon floor. You can remove one panel which is large enough for you to do your daily checks. The engines have been regularly serviced and have completed 823 hours per side. These have been lovingly maintained and regularly serviced. Recent maintenance includes new injectors, wet exhaust change, engine soundproofing and new raw water pumps. See list below. Timing belts changed in 2019. ZF reduction gearboxes driving stainless steel shafts and 4-bladed bronze propellers. Cutlass bearings and shaft lip seals replaced in 2021. Boat will happily cruise at 3000 rpm. Depending on how many on board, equipment carried and condition of your bottom she will be achieving 15-18 knots. Fuel is stored in 2 x 500 litre self leveling, stainless steel tanks. The fuel is pre filtered before reaching the engine filters. New Wema digital tank gauges and sender units fitted.
12/220V systems with bank of 2x Numax 120 amp batteries providing engine start and a single domestic Varta 225 amp domestic power. The 12/240V panels were replaced in 2018. There is a battery link switch should the engine start battery fail. All battery cables, isolators have been replaced along with a new Victron 3-Channel smart charger/shore power system keeps everything in tiptop condition. Shore power cable.

The interior is as you would expect of such a classic looking motor yacht. The combination of solid teak and teak veneers, upholstered "Parasol Blue" seating and the vast amounts of natural light make this a very pleasant place to be.
The wheelhouse is entered on the starboard side via a locking, sliding door. One step down and you are in the saloon with its lower helm position. There is a large L-shaped seating area to port with fabric covered upholstered seating. This comfortable area offers great visibility for watching the world go by. There is an extending pedestal mounted table which with the addition of the lower helm seat will allow 6-persons to sit in comfort. The table drops allowing an occasional double berth to be used. Lower helm with wheel steering and full engine instrumentation. To port is thge 12/220V panel with isolator switches. Navigation aids situated here include Raymarine chartplotter/radar, ST60 Tri-Data speed/depth/log and Icom DSC VHF radio.
Opposite the saloon seating area is the inlear galley with wooden sink and hob covering. Combination stainless steel sink and hob unit with single faucet with mixer tap and 4-burner gas hob. The worktops are durable corian and in an easy clean cream colour. Stainless steel safety/grab rail for protection when cooking at sea. Built in gas fuelled Smev oven with grill. Large capacity front loading fridge with separate ice compartment.
Moving aft and down two stairs is the "Owners" stateroom with offset full sized double berth with New mattress. There is a dressing table, massive wardrobe with additional interior drawers and ensuite heads. The heads has its own sink, shower with pump out and electric flush marine toilet. The aft cabin is a lovely place to be thanks to all the natural light from the numerous windows. The cabin is fully curtained and has both deck head and reading lights. All the deck head lights have been changed to LED.
In the bow is the guest cabin. This features two generous single berths port and starboard. Again the mattresses on both berths have been replaced. There is a central ensuite heads with manual flush marine toilet, sink and shower with pump out. The forward and aft heads share the same holding tank. This 400 litre tank can be discharged at sea or by deck pump out.
The heating system was changed in 2018 to a diesel fired Planer system. This has outlets into both cabins and saloon. All the deck hgead lights have been changed to LED to save power.

All the original teak has been removed and replaced by simulated teak by "Dek King". This is very realistic indeed and will provide future custodians of the boat many years of trouble free maintenance. Anchor windlass situated on raised plinth with large chain locker aft. Stainless steel stem head fitting with anchor roller and secring point. Raised foredeck topped in "Dek King" and three opening Lewmar deck hatches.
Raised aft deck gives added headroom to aft cabin and allows for large windows to be used. This aft deck has stainless steel guard rails and canvas privacy/spray dodgers. This area can be used as an outside dining area. From here you can access the flybridge. The flybridge has excellent views for both the helmsman and crew. Seating area port and starboard. Helm bench seat can sit 2-3 in comfort and has a pivoting back rest. The helm is fitted with duplicated engine controls, engine instrumentation and electronic navigation aids including colour plotter/radar, autopilot control, speed/depth/log and DSC VHF. Both the helm and the helm seat have blue canvas protective covers to match the upper and aft dodgers.
