SPRAY was sailed from St. Maarten to Annapolis is the spring of 2021 after extensive refitting. While in St. Maarten, she had undergone significant upgrading (see details below) - including repairs precipitated by some storm damage incurred while she was blocked on the hard. Many systems throughout the boat have been replaced, upgraded, or refurbished.
The engine was replaced and a factory-refurbished mast was ordered and shipped from Ohio – and stepped and rigged in St. Maarten. The hull and deck were also Awlgripped before the re-launch and the trip to Annapolis.
Once in Annapolis, she was inspected by a surveyor. Upon request, information is available to a prospective buyer – who may want to address some remaining repairs and upgrades to their own standards.
SPRAY is being offered at a significantly reduced price - in comparison to a similarly equipped and upgraded Tartan 3700.
