This vessel has led a pampered life with her first owners in the Pacific Northwest, spending the first half of her life in freshwater. She's now located in Newport Beach and ready to be sold; very well maintained by the local Yanmar factory authorized dealer.
Both upper and lower helms are equipped with an array of Ray Marine Electronics. There is a pair of captains chair at the flybridge helm station which is complimented by L-shaped seating to the port and aft. To starboard are the fiberglass molded steps down to the cockpit. Aft of the seating area is open deck space with a stainless handrail.
There is a large fiberglass cockpit with plenty of room for deck chairs and a table. If fishing is preferred, the cockpit has plenty of room to land the big one. A transom door to starboard leads to the swim platform with ladder. There is a davit off the transom for a small tender ***there is a 2005 Apex 12' Tender with a 50hp Yamaha that is included*** A hatch located in the cockpit leads to the large lazerette, which boasts a great amount of storage space and allows access to the rudder assembly and engine room.
Sliding glass doors lead into the salon, which has a couch and coffee table to port and a chair, table and ice maker to starboard. The Galley offers a nice compliment of appliances to include a full size over/under refrigerator freezer, microwave/convection oven, double stainless steel sink and plenty of storage. The lower helm station is to starboard with a full instrumentation and electronics.
The centerline stairs lead down to the lower Companionway to three staterooms and two heads. The Master is forward with a center line queen berth with contemporary soft goods. Master has an ensuite private master head with granite counter tops, large stall shower and vacu flush head. There is ample storage in two hanging lockers and large drawers under the bed. To port is the guest head with granite counters, shower stall and vacuflush head adjoined to the the VIP Stateroom with a double berth with ample storage and hanging locker. Across the hall to starboard is the third stateroom which has over under bunks and two hanging lockers..
Engine room access is via a hatch in the center of the main salon. Maintenance is a priority to the current owner, which is obvious upon entry to the engine room with clean and dry bilges. Outboard of the port engine are the recently installed air conditioning compressors. Outboard of the starboard engine is the hot water heater. The Yanmar 440hp engines are exceptionally clean and well maintained.
