• Engine room is very dirty and needs to be degreased
• Steering wheel peeling 
• Generator has not been tested and needs battery
• Air conditioner needs AC seawater pump  
• Both AC compressors turn on and compressors cycle
• Hot Water Heater needs a new element
• Engine electric hatch lift motor needs to be attached.  
• Auto pilot powers up but does not work
• Shaft seals leaking under load
• Canvas is ripped and maybe beyond repair
• Cockpit Upholstery is worn and needs cleaning. 

• Westerbeake  Generator (Not running needs battery)

• Airconditioning (2) Zones ( Needs water Pump) 
• 12 Volt 110 Refrigerator freezer

Starboard engine was recently majored by local Cummins Dealer and has 3 hours SMOH. Rebuilt was just reinstalled spring of 2022.  Engines were recently tested and engines ran well.  The engine room will need to be degreased and her bilge flushed as it is messy.  Engine Sea trial:  Note: bottom very dirty at the time of testing. 

Both engines no load to 3200 RPM respectively.
