Kamara is a VERY nice example of this highly popular trawler.
Powerboat Guide, best describes this model to a "T" and states, "The Mainship 350 Trawler (called the Mainship 390 in 1999– 2005) is a stylish, moderately priced coastal cruiser with classic trawler lines and a good turn of speed. Unlike a true trawler with a full-displacement hull, the 350/390 is built on a faster modified-V hull with flat aftersections and a shallow, full-length keel. She’s a very roomy boat inside thanks to her wide 14'2" beam, and the floorplan manages to include double berths in both staterooms as well as a separate stall shower in the head. (Note that the guest stateroom is partially tucked beneath the galley.) Visibility from the lower helm is excellent, and a deck door provides easy access to the foredeck. Aft, a sliding glass door opens to the covered cockpit where a series of molded steps (instead of a ladder) ascends to the extended flybridge. Additional features include deep, well protected side decks, an integral swim platform, transom door, a full teak interior, and radar mast."
Board via her ample swim platform and enter cockpit through the transom door, up molded in steps to flybridge or through sliding glass door to salon with settee to starboard and galley top port and lower helm to starboard. Down stairs to VIP stateroom to port, head to starboard and master stateroom forward amidships.
Spacious head features a vanity with sink, mirror and storage, an electric marine toilet that flushes to a holding tank that can be emptied alternatively via the overboard Jabsco
macerator pump (where legal and proper), and the deck-plate pump out. There is a roomy stall shower!
The Mainship 350 Trawler features a large, uncluttered flybridge with plentiful seating and storage. Wide molded fiberglass steps replace the standard ladders on the 350, offering safety and comfort. Bridge walk-throughs along with oversize handrails and raised toe rails add to safety. Belowdecks are custom cabinetry, thick pile carpeting and the finest in fabrics. A spacious salon, workable galley, easy to maintain heads and truly comfortable staterooms are incorporated to provide good flow and the most usable space afloat. Mainship motor yachts, part of the Luhrs marine group, is dedicated to bringing the best in design, comfort safety and reliability. Mainship's manufacturing processes include fabrication on-site of many components such as hard tops, rails, furniture and wiring, providing high-quality, prompt delivery and a lower price at the dealer. Mainship's five-year protection plan is one of the best in the industry including a transferable limited hull warranty.
