MOSTLY NEW, BEEFY BOAT, EXCELLENT CONDITION! This is an interesting aluminum boat; its hull was laid in 1999 and she was completely stripped down to nothing but aluminum and then rebuilt, repainted and rerigged for Alaska sport fishing. She has all new everything: wiring, plumbing, paint, engines, electronics, heating, galley, head … new, new, new! This vessel is very well built and in overall excellent condition. Her June 2021 survey is available for you to peruse. Come and see this one today!
Enter Nordic Dancer’s cabin from the cockpit through her weathertight Dutch-style split door. The interior is coated aluminum sole with marine carpeting overhead and on the sides, creating less vibration for a quieter ride. The space is light and bright and several windows open for nice ventilation. Grab rails along the ceiling help keep you safe when moving about the cabin. A four-person cushioned and easy-to-clean convertible dinette is immediately on port and sleeps two at night. Generous stowage is beneath the cushions. Another bench seat with a foot rest is forward of the dinette and provides forward-facing seating for another two passengers. A Norcold refrigerator is inset beneath this seating. On starboard aft is the boat’s spacious stand-up head room with an electric commode, a ventilation window and enough space for changing clothes. Forward is a petite galley-type area with a single basin stainless steel sink and a large storage cabinet below for food items, dishes, or whatever you need to tuck away. The counter is large enough to hold a hot plate and a coffee pot or a microwave, whatever you need. A 13-gallon water tank and 20-gallon holding tank serve your needs while underway. The inside helm is beyond the galley. It has an electric adjustable Pro Ride Bostrom seat for the ultimate comfort when you are bouncing across the water. In the bow is a v-berth with individual sleeping for two adults. In all, Nordic Dancer sleeps four. Keeping the cabin warm is easily done with the Espar D-1000 forced air diesel furnace.
The self-bailing deck on this vessel is large with a flat, level non-skid diamond plate surface. The sides in the cockpit are 25 inches high with an additional 12 inches of railing for safety and fish-fighting ease. Storage trays along port and starboard and rocket launchers across the aft cabin roof are great for stowing extra fishing gear, poles, nets or hooks. A large deck hatch opens to access a huge fish locker. Two additional hatches in the deck access stowage compartments. On starboard is a removable aluminum pipe davit with a 12v Elecradyne pinch puller. This makes pulling up any crab or shrimp pots a breeze on your arms and back: you don’t really have to use them! A steering station is also in the cockpit and is allows the captain to stay where the action is so the boat can be properly positioned for when that big one is tugging at a line. Bright LED lighting fixtures illuminate the deck nicely when you are working in the dark. Access the bow by the side decks. The bow is surrounded by four-inch sides and 15-inch-high aluminum rails. The cabin roof is nice and flat with rails along port and starboard for tying down items you want to stow up there. At the day’s end, you have a Shureflo 4.5 GPM saltwater washdown system to clean things right up for tomorrow.
This gal has nice, newer power which comes from her two 2017 300 horsepower Yamaha F300 UCA gas outboards. They cruise briskly at 30 knots at 5,000 rpm and have a fast top speed of 45 knots. Her two aluminum fuel tanks carry a total of 400 gallons of fuel and she utilizes approximately 30 gallons per hour. She has hydraulic steering with Yamaha electronic controls. Trim tabs help you adjust her for a nice, level ride. For anchoring, you have an EZ-Puller electric winch with a claw plow style anchor. Anchor winch controls are at the main helm.
A well-rounded navigation electronics package comes with this boat. She has a GPS Map 8612 GPS, plotter and depth sounder, as well as a Garmin radar. For communications, you have a Garmin 210 VHF. The helm has a defog fan and electric wipers at each of the three windshields. There is also a forward-facing light bar to help with docking and buoy location. Nordic Dancer plugs into 30-amp shore power while at the dock with her Smart Plug shore power connection system. She has two start batteries and a two-battery house bank, along with a True Power 2000 inverter. For help in creating a fun atmosphere for the day, play some great tunes on the Fusion XM stereo system with Fusion and Blaupunkt speakers throughout the vessel.
This package comes with a triple-axle galvanized Tuff Trailer with a “Deep Creek Package,” which are the big rollers on each side of the trailer. These big rollers come in handy when launching boats off and catching them on a beach. This trailer has three axel disc-style surge brakes, side guides, mounted spare tire, a nesting winch and longue jack.
