list of improvements/ upgrades since 2020

• New Raymarine Axiom 7 with stern transducer
• New Standard Horizon GX2400 GPS/AIS/VHF with new AIS antennae

These two systems are integrated to display all data, plots, AIS, etc on the Axiom.  The system is updated with current US Charts through 10/22.  The backbone for the system is also new and professionally wired to allow for addition of additional systems to include radar should the buyer want to upgrade the radar.

• New canvas and plexiglass to include rear window
• New starter switches
• All anodes replaced
• New prop shaft for starboard engine 
• Port engine prop shaft and packing inspected and certified
• New batteries and battery boxes/all wiring and connection certified
• New ditch bag and survival/first aid gear
• New life jackets/boat hooks/throw bags
• New EPIRB and PLB - Both registered to USCG and SAR
• All fire extinguishers certified
• Smoke detectors certified
• CO detectors replaced
• New sheets on stateroom bed
• Risers on starboard engine were replaced by previous owner before sale 
• Risers on port engine replaced 
• New shower sump
• New steering piston installed and full steering system verified against age
• New seals on all port holes
• Cabin carpet professionally cleaned
• SeaDek installed throughout the cockpit, deck seating area, and swim deck.
• The slip is rented through 4/22 and can be transferred to the new owner if requested
• All plumbing/AC/fresh water systems verified.
• All electrical systems verified
• All bilge pumps verified
• The generator works 
• All fenders and docking equipment is new.
