Hull, structures, appendages
The unit was moored at the time of the inspection and it was therefore not possible to verify the condition of the hull and submerged appendages.
The topsides and the deckhouse appeared in good aesthetic condition in relation to the year of construction of the unit.
From what we have learned, the boat was completely overhauled in 2010.
Interior and Exterior
The interiors appear tidy and well kept. There are no defaults on the furniture, appliances and upholstery.
The deck / hull attachment does not show any sagging as far as it has been possible to ascertain. The bridge of
deck and cockpit are in good maintenance conditions, as are the external upholstery. The mooring and anchoring system is adequately sized.
Auxiliary services on board
The unit is equipped with a 220V and a 12V system in order and in compliance with current legislation.
The 220V voltage is available on board by direct connection from the dock and relative cable. The batteries for on-board services and engine starting are placed in a dry place, above the maximum level of bilge water.
The navigation lights were positioned as per regulations.
The fuel system is built in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. The filters, the valves and pipes are in order and well maintained and there are no transudations of fuel in the system.
For the bilge exhaust system, the unit is equipped with an electric drive pump manual and a manual pump.
The functioning and well-maintained system appears to be sized according to the regulations in force.
Navigation and Communication Instruments
The communication instrumentation and the one to support navigation both by motor and sailing is located near the helm wheel and at the chart table. All the equipment appears visually in good condition.
For the extinguishing of fires on board to protect the internal environments, there is an adequate number of portable powder fire extinguishers, which are in good maintenance conditions, loaded and under pressure.
The engine room is in good condition and there is no presence of liquids in it bilge. The engine mounts are in good condition.
As far as I could find, the sail rig appears to be in good condition. The sails were redone in 2017.
