Having personally inspected the boat I can honestly say that she is in quite exceptional order for her age. She is well equipped with everything to make cruising or life aboard as comfortable as can be. These facilities include -
      Warm Air Heating with demisters to the windscreen.
      Shore power and Inverter.
      Pioneer Radio CD player.
      Battery charger.
      Recent in date fire extinguishers including new system in engine room.
      Rope cutters on prop shafts.
      Big section D fendering to hull and bathing platform.
      All deck hatches are gas assisted opening.
      Plenty of cleats - 3 per side.
      Heavy duty stainless steel rails and hand rails.
      Useful steps built in to side of superstructure to access Flybridge covers.
      All equipment on board is included in the sale.    

NOTE:
There is a Satellite TV dome on the boat which is wired but is not currently connected to a TV or a receiver. It may work but is untested by us.

Cockpit and Flybridge

The boat can be entered from the bathing platform via an integral GRP transom door or from either side  of the cockpit. The Cockpit is very large with ample storage in the lazerette which on inspection was spotlessly clean. The lazarette is accessed via 2 teak laid hatches on gas assisted rams. There is good seating on the port side with further storage lockers beneath the seat cushions. The whole area is enclosed by a tight fitting canopy with new window panels.

A stainless steel and teak tread ladder allows access to the very spacious Flybridge which has two helm seats with covers, helm area with repeat instrumentation, engine and bow thruster controls with an all over cover. There are two large sun pads to the rear of the Flybridge. The whole Flybridge can be enclosed by an all over canopy fitted with a central pole to assist water drainage from it.

Saloon

Entered from a sliding door from the cockpit, the first impression is of a very light, airy and comfortable Saloon. There is a well equipped galley to starboard with good working space, storage cupboards and drawers, a new Gas oven and 3 ring hob, new Fridge with a small freezer compartment and stainless steel sink with mixer tap.

A newly upholstered U shaped sofa to Port provides very comfortable seating and there is a large hi-lo table which extends to allow dining for all crew. The forward end of the sofa has a lift and tilt arrangement allowing it to convert to a forward facing seat when underway.

All new curtains and cushions complete the comfortable saloon. There is excellent visibility from the large windows and there is no sign of any water ingress around the frames. Warm air heating and window demisters to windscreen.

Helm.

The helm area is to Starboard and has full engine instrumentation and all navigational equipment easily to hand. Twin Morse throttle controls, Bow Thruster control, Trim Tabs, Exhaust alarm, Raymarine C120 Plotter, Panasonic Radar, VHF, Log Speed and Depth display, Compass, Autohelm ST 7000 Autopilot, GPS and a newly upholstered helm seat with good storage under containing all ships manuals and equipment reference books.

Guest Cabin.

The guest cabin is found to Port and is fitted with a good hanging locker and a large single berth and the option of a Pullman berth above.

Master Cabin.

A very light an dairy cabin with good ventilation and over head hatch. Centreline double berth with good storage lockers on both the port and starboard side and a set of drawers beneath the foot of the berth.

Engine Room.

Located under the Saloon I found it to be spotlessly clean and with ample room to access all service points on the twin Volvo KAD 44 engines and move about easily when servicing them.

Shower and Toilet.

Situated to Starboard opposite the guest cabin. This area is very light and airy with a wash hand basin and good storage in the centre of the room, to the right is the toilet which can be diverted to sea or holding tank. (All new pipework and valves). To the left and forward is a spacious shower area with built in seat.
