The very sought after Catalina 30 MKII Tall Rig - Wing Fin Keel, with only a 3'9" draft, offers a unique balance of performance with maneuverability.
 The Wing keel version, a short keel fitted with large winglets, provides a small draft, low center of gravity and upwind performance.
This performance based configuration is not the common Catalina 30 configuration. Shorter keel configuration has also been known for ease of anchoring near a beach or navigating through shallow areas much better than others in her class. The Catalina 30 remains extremely popular partly due to its exceptional space above and below decks, and for its stability under sail. Current owners love this boat and after 3 years they have just outgrown it. When the current owner took over, she was a little neglected. Hoping to find someone that will continue to care for it and sail it! 
Motor runs fine. Sails and rigging are in fair shape. Current owner has used it as is.
