The Oyster brand defines quality. The Oyster Heritage 37 is a cruiser and as such has more room that the Oyster 37 that was an IOR 1 tonner.
The extended fin keel (encapsulated) and skeg hung rudder will allow her to track nicely and with her sail plan she will reach her correct hull speed.
As Yachting World wrote at the time : "she is closer to my ideal cruising yacht than any other boat on the market."
Designed as a vessel capable of world cruising she will make a great platform for doing so or as a lovely coastal cruiser with a pedigree.
Designed by Holman and Pye and Launched in 1986 she is one of 32 built from 1984 to 1989. Only 2 owners since new. Current owner bought her in 1991 here in Vancouver. Lightly used over the last 10 years with newer upholstery in main cabin. New Batteries. Engine serviced May 2022. Full specs and more photos coming next week.
