The Island Packet 27 is known as an extremely roomy, stable cruising boat. This is a K/CB model and the original owner had a teak fixed Dodger installed. This is a very good, solid boat which shows caring ownership. Please note all the new 2014 electronics, the Harken roller furling main and genoa, and the new water and holding tanks. She is powered with a reliable Yanmar 20 fresh water cooled diesel. We would be pleased to get you aboard.
ACCOMMODATIONS: For five. Vee berths with filler forward with shelves outboard, 2 opening ports and a privacy curtain to close off forward cabin. Next is an enclosed head (with new 2018 plumbing) to starboard with hot and cold shower, teak seat over W.C., sink, cedar-lined hanging locker, and opening port. Opposite in main salon is a single settee to port with teak cabinet outboard and book shelf over. To starboard is a large settee which converts to a double. There is a large teak drop leaf table mounted on main bulkhead. Aft to starboard is a large quarter berth with full length teak shelf. To port is and L-shaped galley with top loading ice box, two burner Origo alcohol stove with cutting board, sink with hot and cold pressure water and various lockers and cabinets. There is a teak and holly sole. The headroom is 6´ 2”. Attractive interior berth cushions.
