1985 Beneteau First 24, fin keel, Honda 8hp outboard in well, 2006 mainsail and furling genoa, roomy interior with separate heads!
Built in 1985, GRP construction with white painted topsides and off-white superstructure, fin keel, transom hung rudder, self draining aft cockpit with tiller steering, fractional Bermudan sloop rig with 5 berth interior layout and around 5’9” headroom.

Honda BF84D 8hp outboard motor (approx 12 years old) located in cockpit well. Remote throttle controls and remote fuel tank. Engine serviced 2020 and 2021.
12v battery system.
Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, varnished wooden washboards, 2 x Lewmar 16 self tailing sheet winches with blue covers, 2 x Lewmar 8 halyard winches, Plough anchor with chain and warp located in forward anchor locker.
Plastimo compass, Clipper Duet echo sounder and log, Clipper wind, navigation lights.
Manual bilge pump.
Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners and grill, insulated coolbox opposite. Her separate heads compartment has a Jabsco marine toilet. Striped fabric upholstery - note no berth cushions to aft cabin.
Separate double aft cabin, saloon cabin with double berth V forepeak and galley to port, head to starboard.
Purchased by her current owners in 2005 and sailed most weekends from 2005 to 2012 but latterly used less. Her engine was purchased in about 2010 and was serviced in 2021 (not used since). Some refurbishment of the interior soft headlinings will be required as they are sagging but the interior is roomy and clean. She was laid up ashore this winter and covered with a tarpaulin. She has been cleaned, polished and antifouled this Spring - pop her in the water and have fun!
