MY "LOYALIST" is a classic motor yacht with a canoe stern, built by W.A. Souter & Son and delivered in 1984. She was designed by John Sharp, and the interior design was created by Ken Freivokh. Loyalist is currently for sale from it's third (private) owner and has gradually been improved and updated over the years, featuring a MagnusMaster Stabilisation system. She is lying in the eastern Med and has a permanent crew taking care of her. She can accommodate up to 6 guests in style and comfort all with en-suite facilities. The top deck is ideal for relaxing underway with seating for up to 10 guests. A sunlounge for private sunbathing can be found on top of the wheelhouse. The formal dining salon (situated forward) is spacious and allows guests a choice of areas to relax in, whereas the main salon is decorated in light fabrics. Ensuite, on the main deck you'll find the galley fitted with professional equipment and ensuite crew quarters. She sleeps 5 crew in 4 individual crew cabins, and has a laundry close by. The aft deck, typically being the entrance of the yacht, seats 8 guests. The spacious wheelhouse and the large portugese bridge offer optimum control over the yacht, supported by an upgraded set of navigation equipment. Furthermore the guest area includes 1 large Master Cabin with Queen bed, located mid aft, 1 large Master Cabin with Queen bed, located mid forward, and 1 Guest Cabin with double bed, located aft. All guest cabins have private bathrooms, shower and toilet, individual air conditioning and TV. With her very economical Gardner main engines LOYALIST can cruise effortlessly at low cost, Her top speed is 13.5 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 2500 nm at 10 knots with power coming from two 240 hp Gardner 8LXCT diesel engines.
