Very charming, economical trawler - built for local boating!
The Ash-Benford 34 was built in British Columbia on a Jay Benford design. She is Cold Molded and recently repowered with the economical and very reliable 30 hp Yanmar (only 134 hours). "Something to Talk About" will move along at 7.5 knots and consume less than 1 gal/hour. She needs some TLC, but is comfortable - has Red Dot heat, propane system, 12V refrigerator, water heater (11 gal., running 110V or engine water), and boasts a terrific amount of headroom for a smaller boat (6'6" to 6'8").
There is a Garmin 740s plotter, VHF andl galvanic isolator. She has a Marine head and carries 100 gallons of both fuel and fresh water.
"Something to Talk About" is located on the hard at SEA Marine, Port Townsend, WA. and is being siold "AS IS."
