Bow thruster
This Nauticat 44 traditional motorsailer benefits from excellent interior volume, easy handling, durability, high safety standards and modern cruising capabilities from the drawing board of Nauticat's designer Kaj Gustafsson and built by Siltala Yachts in Finland.
Features of the Nauticat 44 include side doors on the pilothouse, Sloop rigged in mast furling and a long keel as truly classics should be, together with raised aft decks.
She is powered by a Ford Lehman 120hp auxiliary engine and her accommodation includes two double cabins, the master cabin is aft with ensuiteand guest cabin forward with a vee-berth. Additional berths can be made up from the saloon and pilot house seating areas.

Engine’s cooling system has been serviced annually. Last year all engine’s cooling pipes replaced. Every year engine’s valves are retuned.
At 2018 engine’s valve cover has been cleaned and checked for alignment. Consumption 1 litre per nautical mile at 6 knots

Fresh water pump from Jabsco sends good pressure water to galley, heads and shower with new instrument

2 cabins. One large aft with ensuite WC and separate shower. A lot of storage. One cabin in fore with V birth with plenty of storage and a huge hatch above the birth
The galley is comfortable with double sink and a non cymbal stove. A fridge and freezer with new electronics. Gas alarm. There are two 25 lit gas bottles outside with drains/vents. A head/WC with sink also in the head area
The saloon is big with storage all under the sofa which can be converted to a huge bed. Also a sofa opposite the saloon which accommodate the holding tanks
The pilot house has a very comfortable navigation station with good 360º views. A L shape sofa with storage under and a table. Can be converted to double bed.
The all interior is in excellent condition without leaks or scratches. It has been waxed 3-4 times every year. ALL wood is mahogany and teak!
The cushions are in good shape and no buttons missed.
All portholes have light proof curtains.
The large windows in pilot house have blinds in good condition
All floors are refurbished with teak look expensive laminate. Few small chips are missing on the engine access boards. The floors at the aft and fore cabin are the original in good condition and covered with good quality carpet with soundproof isolation beneath
Aft cabin’s queen sized bed have a thick high memory foam mattress. Best sleep and easy to remove to access the underneath storage
Washing machine 5kg capacity in the aft head!!!!
Outside there is a mast from Selden with quality shrouds. Chain plates are reinforced with 10mm inox plates. It is a Ketch / sloop rigged.
Main sail is full battened and is furled in boom from Sailtainer.
Fore sails are both furled with Furled 300s and Hood sea furl 3250
Mizzen mast in the aft deck give stability and comfort in rough seas.
Sail needs some work
Winches are from Lewmar 2x40 2x30 and 1x Harken, all 2 speed. All other winches are from Anderson inox

All hatches are from Gebo without leaks and all hitches and locks works perfectly
All biminis are new and made from sunbrella fabric

Main mast’s track to be replaced
Teak decks needs some work. Some are refurbished and some not. Some screw heads are exposed. The minus thickness of decks is 1cm in some places. I never have use chemicals to clean decks. We always clean it with soft brush and looks nice red teak. The teak wood on the outer pilothouse is varnished in the autumn and is its cover is on for protection. The cover needs to be replaced with new

This boat has been used in her current ownership as a charter boat in the Aegean but never with more than a couple on cruise.
