Shady Lady is a two stateroom, two head vessel with u-shaped down galley and a large saloon.  Aft is a comfortable cockpit with seating for ten.  Above is the flybridge with two helm seats and additional seating for four. Forward of the master suite with double bed is access to forward helm station with seating for five.

The Master Suite is forward and includes a queen size bed with drawers and cabinets on the starboard side.  Aft of bed is the master suites own dedicated head that includes a tub and shower.  Forward of the cabin is access to the bow and the forward helm station.

The guest suite includes two bunk beds with pull out drawers below and a cabinet forward. The guest suite has it's own access to the guest head aft. 

The U-Shaped galley includes a three burner stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer below and a deep two compartment stainless steel sink.  And a larger pantry across from galley on starboard side.

Access to engine room is from hydraulic lifts in aft cockpit.  Generator is aft of engines in lazaretto.  Engine room is large with ample access to both sides of engines.
