Description

It's a Franchini Sintesi 47ft, width 4.1m, draft 1.85m, weight 15.5t, center cockpit ketch from 1983, built from fiberglass (very thick therefore the weight).  All the stainless steel rigging have been changed in the previous owner big refit.   She's a heavy (15.5t), center cockpit, 4.1m wide, half keel with 1.85m depth, wide & strong fiberglass hull, feel safe on the water, high deck so almost no splash, lots of lockers & storage below deck, comfortable & spacious (normally on this size you'll have another cabin).      - New engine, nanny diesel 89hp with turbo, 1700h.   - New generator, Lombardini lmg4000, 80h, had a lot of trouble with this one, need to change two melted components.   - New fridge, new freezer, new oven   - New electrical system, changed all cables, new panel, new battery charger (Quick 80amps), new water heater.   - New rigging for both mast.   - New chart plotter, Raymarine C80 with Ais system, new VHF icom.   - Hull & deck paint.     We lower both mast and remade both mast steps, main (bilge stepped 18m +3m below deck) in 2020, mizzen (deck stepped 12m) just now.    Some spec -   750l water in stainless steel tanks.   350l diesel in stainless steel tanks.   800w solar panel with mppt controller (installed 2020 with the dinghy arc).   Bimini, sun shades, rain catcher 2020.   Highfield hypalon semi-rigid ( aluminum) dinghy with mercury 3.5hp with a small anchor & chain.2 pumps, 5l fuel jerry can & a repair kit   510 amps AGM service batteries 2021, 300 amps gel emergency batteries and 120amps engine starter batteries.   Fridge (with small freezer) and freezer.   Water heater (electric & engine).   Life Raft for 6, lots of emergency equipment.   Main anchor - Delta 40kg + 70m 10mm chain + 15m 12mm chain (anchor & 12mm chain from 2019).   Spare/storm anchor - fortress fx-85, aluminum (for 60f sailboat).   Sails - mainsail fully batten, mizzen half batten, gib roller furling system with 150% light Genoa, 150% heavy Genoa, 120% jib, Yankee, 2 staysail, 1 small gennaker and 1 huge Spinnaker.   Big BBQ, snorkeling & fishing gear, lots of spares & tools for almost anything on board.   Paddle board with paddles, 2 rod holders for fishing, net shading for the whole boat (the 2 parts), winch covers, steering wheel & instruments covers, 2 gaffs (in the boom), a small washing machine.    Brand new (never used) wet dry vacuum.   The main anchor, Delta 40kg + 70m of 10mm chain + 15m of 12mm chain & the huge spare anchor, fortress fx-85 aluminum.   All the ropes that were in the front locker. 20l of engine oil, 5l gear oil, 5l hydraulic oil, a 5l diesel jerry can (in the engine room for emergency), grease & some maintenance products. At least 2 of each, oil & fuel filters, belts and sea water impellers for the engine. All of the kitchen items, a barometer, a hydrometer, an angle meter & a clock on the wall. Maps, 2 handled VHF, binoculars, compass, security lights & a lot of other small stuff in the chart table (with all the invoices, paperwork & documents for the boat ). Some camping equipment, 2 tents, 2 sleeping bags, 2 mattress, a 12v air pump and a hamac. There's spare for - the manual & electric toilets,  the electronic instruments,   carburetor for the outboard engine, electric bilge pump,  Mother board for the fridges, Spares & panel for the Lmg4000 gen set, Winches parts, Spare roller & bearings for the main sail, Turnbuckles for the rigging..   List of equipment- Safety- 10 fire extinguisher Drag anchor 6 life jackets 2 self inflatable life jackets 3 harnesses with life lines 2 bossun chairs (to climb the mast) 2 ring safety buoy, one with flash ligh, one with 100m floating line. Wood plugs Emergency spare bilge pump to be connected directly to the batteries. 1 main electric 2300gph bilge pump + big manual in the saloon, 2 others in the engine room, 1 in each shower. 2 boxes of flares/ smoke bomb. Liferaft for 6 (2018) with hydrostatic release set up. Grab bag with everything needed in cases on emergency - Compass, binoculars, knifes, huge pharmacy... Emergency tiller (stainless steel) Spare filters, belts & impellers for engine and generator. Repair kit for fiberglass, few different fabrics.   Pressurized hot & cold outlets (2 heads, kitchen & swimming platform) 220v & 12v sockets in every cabin ( Inc heads) 1500w electric windlass with 3 security system to block the chain. 3×170a (510a) AGM service batteries (2021) 2×90a Gel engine starter batteries (2019) 3×100a Gel emergency batteries ( can be connected either to the service or the starter for emergency ) Shore power charger 80a "Quick". 100a alternator on engine.   New (2022) oven with 2 stoves burners "Domestik sunlight" 4×3kg camping gaz + 1 aluminium 13kg local gaz bottle. 220v 500w inverter + 110v 600w inverter Lombardini LMG4000 generator (4kw), installed in boat, need to be revised (90h). HONDA I1000 suitcase Generator.   Old Autohelm electronic (log/wind/depth) to be changed Raymarine C80 chart plotter + AIS receiver. Raymarine smart controller VHF Icom + spare cable long enough to go up the mast. Raytheon RX10 Radar TV antenna    4×20l diesel jerrycans  2×20l fuel jerrycans 2×10l + 30l water jerrycans   2× 190w Solar on Arch + 2× 100w solar on Bimini with MPPT charge controller Dinghy davits on Arch with strong LED light turning backwards. Huge swimming platform + ladder or Gangway for med mooring.   Spinnaker pole 4 winches handles (2 floating) 6 winches in cockpit, 2 Barlow 32, 2 huge Antal, 2 lewmar 40 +  6 spinlocks AntalGrip 12. 3 Barbarossa winches on main mast 1 harken on mizzen Self tacking rail for staysail 5 fenders (huge sizes) Lots of spare ropes (any size & lenght), pulleys, shackles and blocks. Full batten main sail Half batten mizzen sail Jib furling system with 150% light Genoa Spares and different sail options - 2 Staysail, Yankee, 150% heavy Genoa, 120% jib, gennaker with sock, a huge Spinnaker.   Tools & spares - Electric cables, hoses, wood pieces (plywood/teak) Electric box Spare equipment box Sail repair box Screw box Bolt box Rivets box 3 tool boxes, twice everything + special tools - rigging meter to check tightness, filter extractor, impeller extractor, rig cutter (just in case)...
