1983 Dehler 37 Designed by E.G. Van da Stadt built by Dehler Yachts. One of Europe's largest and most successful boat builders. The Dehler 37 was well built and popular in the European charter fleets. "The Good Life" is a well designed and built boat with many features. On deck is a roller furler with a separate detachable inner stay just aft for hank on storm sails. Track and car for storm sail sheeting. Windlass inside well for clear deck space. Fixed spray hood forward of companionway. Roomy cockpit. Custom aluminum arch aft for bimini frame, solar panels, and radar mount. Interior head room is 6 feet +. Spacious with lots or character. Full aft cabin with doors port and starboard. Can be left full or easily divided for two cabins. Full galley port, head starboard with composting toilet. Chart table with swing seat. U shape dining table. V berth with sink to starboard.
This has been a live-a-board for the last couple of years and has not left the dock. The engine and transmission function properly as do the amenities needed for live aboard. Electronics and navigation systems have not been used recently and several years since a bottom paint.
" The Good Life" will be a great boat for someone who wants a well made proven vessel and is willing to take on a few projects.
