This is one of the nicest aft decks you will find on a yacht this size including convenient spiral stairs to FB and center stairs to cockpit, aft hard panel enclosure (2011), outdoor berber carpeting (2011), air conditioning, two sitting areas, large commercial sized bar with avonite tops, Captains chairs, and clear views into the salon through the all glass bulkheads and down into the cockpit. There is a triple panel strata glass aft enclosures that can be slid to the side or pinned up overhead allowing for a wide open al fresco dining experience or watching any action in the cockpit. When the panels are open the Captain can see from the pilot house to the stern flag staff for easy docking. This is most rare for any vessel this size!
The Aft deck and Salon are separated by floor to ceiling glass bulkheads & sliding Lucite door. This area offers an L-shaped settee for 10-12 people with cushions & throw pillows. (2) Pompanette hydraulic hi/lo cocktail tables with folding corners can be combined for dining large groups. The large wet bar to starboard, refrigerator, icemaker, and bottle storage with (2) Captains chairs is equal to that of much larger yachts. A custom spiral staircase to the massive flybridge and curved aft corner windows with opening side windows makes this a wonderful place to entertain large groups or simply relax.

This is one of the cleanest and most spacious perfectly maintained engine rooms you will ever see on a vintage Broward. Everything sparkles and shines. Both engines completely rebuilt in 2005 by Detroit Diesel at Jarrett bay Boat Works and the rebuild was supervised by a GM representative - 950 hours SMOH. Total time on yacht is only 2800 hours. RPM diesel of Ft. Lauderdale did full inspection and service in 2011. Engines are upgraded GM United Engine Yachtman Specials with double heat exchangers and Chrome package. Very Nice!
This is a wonderful teak cockpit, varnish was done in 2015. Everything needed for fishing, lounging, diving, or simply cooking an afternoon lunch on the convenient Jenn Aire grill.
Furthermore, the generator room located below has extensive storage space with hydraulic hatch with heavy gasket. Maintenance access for the twin Gens is simple and easy. Twin John Deer 54KW generators new in 1996 and fully serviced 2011. This machinery area was carefully engineered to allow better vessel trim characteristics and quite operation on anchor, easy maintenance, and to provide more room in the main engine room.
