The Cape Dory 33, designed by Carl Alberg, was a successful design with reportedly 124 built, from 1980 through 1985. SILHOUETTE is Hull #24. Her current owners purchased her in 1998 and have given her excellent care. She has a newer Universal diesel and even newer transmission, newer standing rigging, newer sails, newer interior cushions, and her bottom was soda blasted and barrier coated.
