Actual Condition
This Albin 36 has a solid hull and good running engines. It is suffering from rot in the cabin top supports caused by leaks on the flybridge. The rotted support beams will need to be replaced.

She also needs a-lot-of general cleanups and updating from recent neglect. It will need new batteries and seasonal prep. She is a great platform and well worth the effort.
