Uniflite became a major player in the powerboat market creating several popular runabouts, sport fishing boats, and cabin cruisers.  This 31' has been well used over the years and maintained.  You enter the boat through a transom door and enter a spacious cockpit area for fishing, crabbing or just to have a table with chairs.  you can access the flybridge via a ladder where you can sit comfortably while driving the boat.  You enter the main area and on one side you have a settee and the other side you have the head.  Moving forward you have a drop down galley on the starboard side with a sink and oven/stove. Finally you come to the v-berth where you can sleep 2.
