-All teak decks replaced
-New Raritan hot water tank 2020
-Fuel tanks inspected 2017 by Petroclean in Bellingham
-2022 haul out in Port Townsend included:
Bronze screw fastenings extracted and inspected.
Small areas of wet rot in cabin structure repaired with new wood.
Cabin exterior sanded and repainted after repairs made.
Bottom sanded and painted with anti-fouling paint.
