This custom yacht was built locally and has served many owners well however she has seen better days and is now on the hard here in Deltaville and ready for someone to put her back into sailing condition. Mechanically, she will need engine mounts, an engine circulation pump, and fluid changes. Her interior suffers from moisture intrusion as the old portlights and hatches leak. Her coach roof has some delamination along the sides and has a high moisture content along with her transom. The centerboard cable has broken and will need immediate replacement. If you are interested in a unique project, the seller is looking for offers.

Sleeping accommodations for six with a V-berth forward. The head is on the port side just aft of the forward berth, with a hanging locker across. The salon is amid ship with a port side dinette and starboard side settee. The galley is to starboard aft. Navigation station is across. A quarter berth is on the port side.
