This is the ultimate starter boat or live-a-board option that is comfortable and useable tomorrow. Nice cabin layout with 2 full berths and 2 twins. Galey is clean and there is a NEW AC that will freeze you out. The mainsail is in good condition and Jib was just re-stitched and going back on this week. Running rigging is tired and there are some soft spots in the cockpit. The Universal was removed a few years and is now powered with a Honda OB that was just serviced. The Electrical is in good condition and all the bilge pumps were just replaced as well. The owner suffered a hand injury and he has priced it to sell quickly.
