This lovely 2021 Riviera 395 SUV was ordered by one of our agents as part of our sales team's effort to establish a new Riviera and brokerage business on Lake Tahoe. The Tahoe sales season is short (and even shorter with the Covid restrictions) and the Riviera would have been taken out of the water due to cold weather and not shown. As a result it was brought back to Alameda to my sales dock in Alameda.
She has 137 hours on her twin Volvo IPS500D6 with 440 HP each, Her controls at the helm and in the starboard cockpit offer IPS joystick controls with the Digital Positioning option (DPS) to aid in docking maneuvers and position holding capabilities. The DPS feature allows for line and fender placement before entering a marine for docking or fueling or for holding a position for emergency, fishing, sightseeing or a lunch break.
She offers two staterooms, one head, a custom Riviera décor ,an Onan Generator, full Garmin electronics, cameras and VFH at the helm, a dingy with electric motor, lounge with awning and cushions forward.
Her comfortable twin foldout side seats and settee with a teak table provide owners and guests with an outdoor entertainment area. The lift up window above the settee makes for the feeling of saloon extending into open area of the cockpit.
Full teak decks and swim platform, barbeque facing the swim platform with a storage cabinet under. She is in an LLC.
Maribi is in brand new condition with all warranty coverage on the vessel and Volvo and Garmin equipment in place. 120 hours of her time was in fresh water at Lake Tahoe.
Riviera continues to produce their hulls with solid hand laid fiberglass below the water line. To date no builder has found a better way to construct a hull that increases the security for owners and guests for cruising in any sea condition.
