Humber RIBS have an unrivalled reputation for operating in the worst of conditions. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a very low use (freshwater only) Humber 6.3 RIB rescue boat. Belonging to Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team, the boat has been well maintained and serviced as any rescue vessel must be. 40 hours engine use and serviced annually by Maiden Marine, it is overall in great condition with just a few minor cosmetic scratches to the hull as the result of operating along Wastwater's rocky shores.
Available to view by appointment. Please contact Maiden Marine on 015394 88050 to arrange.
The Humber 6.3 has a highly efficient deep V multichine hull with high volume Hypalon tubes fitted with full length rubbing strakes and grab handles. The wide beam combined with the deep V hull mean the boat handles rough conditions exceptionally well, hence their use as high speed response and rescue boats.
Central steering console with saddle style seat for the helm and two additional seats behind. Steel arch at stern provides security, additional mounting capability for kit, lights, aerials etc.
Maximum load of 17 adults or 1684kg and maximum engine size of 200hp.
Fitted with a 2015 model Yamaha F115BET four-stroke outboard which has been serviced by Maiden Marine annually. Last serviced in June 2019 with just under 32 hours use and has done less than 10 hours since.
