Here is a rare opportunity to own a beautiful 1-owner Sea Ray 38 Sundancer. This boat has spent its entire life in the fresh water/brackish waters of the upper Potomac River and the Chesapeake Bay, so she has been spared from the corrosion issues common in other boats from coastal areas, and also spared from the harsh UV issues common in the south.
Her interior is the extremely popular “Tommy Bahama” décor. She has a hard top, cockpit carpet, Eisenglass, and a full aft curtain canvas enclosure.
Powered by twin Mercruiser 8.1 S Horizon inboards with only about 510 hours of use.
Seller is planning to make a move up and wants her gone. Don't wait to call on this boat. Check our website for the full brochure or click on full details for all the specs.

Sea Ray didn’t get to where they are today by cutting corners. The 38 Sundancer is a case in point. She rides on a Deep V-Hull with cored hullsides, prop pockets, and a solid fiberglass bottom.
Sundancers are known for their cutting-edge styling—note the vertical hull ports and seamless hardtop with aft sunshade—and the lush accommodations of the 38 Sundancer excel over even the best European sportyachts her size.
With 6'7" of cabin headroom, a huge mid-stateroom, and a private forward stateroom, the interior has the look and feel of a small motoryacht. The Sundancer’s wide-open cockpit with centerline walk-through provides facing lounge seating for a small crowd.
A transom storage locker, power engine room hatch, foredeck sun pads, underwater exhausts, and anchor washdown system were standard.
The port side features the galley with a separate refrigerator and freezer, a 2 burner glass stove top, stainless steel sink, integrated trash receptacle, and abundant storage compartments. In the overhead is a large flat screen TV on a motorized drop-down mount. With a single press of a button the TV deploys for easy viewing in the salon. The starboard houses a large settee with a beautiful wooden dinette table. The settee converts to a twin berth when the dinette table is removed.
The forward master stateroom has a centerline queen berth with innerspring mattress. There are hanging lockers to port and starboard, with full length mirrors on the doors. There is private access to bathroom on the port side and a separate full shower compartment on the starboard side.
Split Head Configuration - Commode and Vanity to Port, Large Shower Enclosure to Starboard.
The Mid Cabin Stateroom/Lounge features a settee which converts to a twin berth with plenty of room for one adult or two children. Use this space as an additional TV lounge/den area.
Converts to a Private Guest Stateroom with Privacy Curtain or Use as an Additional TV Lounge/Den.
The cockpit houses a Norcold refrigerator, sink, storage lockers, swim boarding ladder and a hot and cold transom shower. The bow features a navy blue sun pad, electric windlass and an anchor washdown.
