Construction, Hull and Deck
Built to CE Offshore "A" Category standards, the hull is hand-laid solid GPR with an anti-osmosis vinylester barrier under the gel. Beneteau’s patented GRP Grid construction is chemically bonded to the hull with a proprietary polyester adhesive compound. Non-woven stichmat fiberglass and unidirectional roving optimize load distribution especially in critical areas like chain-plates and keel attachments. The deck is balsa cored with solid FG in load bearing or hardware mounting areas with heavy chocks and cleats.
