Description: Above average, Average, Needs attention

The following items were verified to be working at time of listing

 

 

Visual items

1. Deck and Hull are in ABOVE AVERAGE condition, good shine, no abnormal scratches or gouges, It is missing both blower vent covers

 

2. Canvas, glass, Upholstery: All seating NEEDS ATTENTION, tears and rips and all seating is worn, could use replacing but is usable as is, Bimini tops and rear canvas is in AVERAGE shape, Isinglass will need replacing soon

 3. Interior (cabin) , flooring, seating, lighting: Interior upholstery, cabinets AVERAGE and in good shape

All interior lighting worked All interior systems were checked and were in working order

 

4. Started engines

1. Hours: 430 and 478 HRS at time of listing, Ran boat at the dock for 1/2 hr, temps and all pressures where normal range, engines were smooth and shifted well, ABOVE AVERAGE, 
2. Batteries: in boat and had good charge, battery charger was on and working
3. Generator needed an impeller as was being done

 

5. Electronics (if equipped)

1. Electronics include Raymarine Chart plotter/FF/Radar which was working and functioned as it should
2. 2. all switches at dash were turned on and woking including trim tabs, windlass, bilge pumps, all lighting, stereo system, stereo remote display at helm did not light up but functions worked

 

 

6. If equipped

1. Head system, powered on and working, vacuflush with holding tank, Bilge pumps powered up and are working   all exterior lights worked, cockpit lights, running lights, anchor light, Nav lights as well as courtesy lights

  3. Windlass was functional 

  4. A/C/Heat functioned as it should, cabin and cockpit

  5. TV and stereo powered up and worked as they should

  6. Hot water heater does not work

 

 

 

8. Broker Findings and/or comments

Boat is AVERAGE overall and shows well on interior and hull and deck, cockpit seating is the weak part of the boat.,
