Looks & runs FANTASTIC!
This is a rare 2001 EXTENDED SALON MODEL, unlike the majority of the 2000/2001 builds. The salon is longer than the original 48s which were extended in the cockpit deck - not the interior / bridge! It features a bar-counter separating the galley from the salon...a highly desirable feature with added storage.
The Navigator 48 has an ideal layout, with an open floorplan that combines the cockpit, salon and galley on one convenient level. The raised dinette and lower helm station permit dining or "driving" in climate-controlled comfort, with 360 degree views and a pilothouse door allowing easy access to the foredeck. She has two VIP staterooms, each with private heads and stall showers. The recent flybridge enclosure makes the bridge deck another room. Aft of the seating is an 800lb. capacity Brower davit complete with dinghy and outboard.
Significant upgrades include (3) newer Raymarine Wide C Series displays, cockpit controls, molded-in custom bait system, HRO watermaker, separate washer and dryer, and numerous custom touches. ALL new batteries and fresh bottom paint was done in May. She has about 665 hours on her Volvo diesels. This boat shows pride of ownership!
This popular yacht shows beautifully inside and out!

The U-shaped galley is larger than the standard model Navigator 48, and features the bar-counter with oatmeal Corian, just like the Navigator 53 and 56. It also features black appliances, which are a striking compliment to the maple woodwork. There are two bar-stools.
The "raised pilothouse" is not a true pilothouse, which would be isolated from the living area. Rather, it is a lower helm station that provides climate-controled comfort in the company of your guests! The helm visibility is excellent, and there is a full compliment of quality electronics. The dinette, aft of the helm, seats four, and permits 360 degree views while dining...underway or at rest. The pilothouse door provides easy access to the foredeck.
The flybridge is quite spacious, and features a summer galley, abundant seating, shade, outdoor heating, and dinghy storage that frees up the cockpit and boarding access by having it up on deck. The entire bridge seating area has a newer bimini and full enclosure by Northstar Canvas Services.
The self-bailing cockpit features the flybridge overhang to provide shade. There is ample room for a table and chairs, for fishing, or staging for scuba diving in the cockpit. The staple rails will allow some safety if fishing from the swim platform. The tender is stored above on the flybridge overhang, out of the way when not in use. The foredeck and cockpit deck have been updated with two-tone finish.
The modern engine room is very spacious, brightly lit (fluorescent) and well laid out, providing easy access to engines and systems. New batteries and fresh bottom paint was completed in May.
