Beneteau Oceanis 331 Clipper. New to the market "Gnutcracker III" is a year 2000, 2 cabin owners version with fin keel. Very good example of this popular proven design. The boat is set up with in mast furling, furling genoa and all control lines led aft, the boat is absolutely set up to be sailed single handed if required. Additional equipment also includes bow thruster, heating, hot and cold water, huge cockpit storage locker and much more. the interior is very clean and tidy and very well presented.
Gnutcrackers owner has carried out a comprehensive program of maintenance and upgrades during his tenure. The boat is currently located on the Walton Backwaters, but has previously been sailing in the South Coast, Channel Islands and Brittany.
In the brokers opinion, Gnutcraker III is a super example, viewing is recommended.

Sleeps six in two cabins plus saloon.
The forward cabin has a double berth with shelves alongside the hull and a hanging locker to port. there is extra storage below the port locker and to the starboard side. Under the berth is a freshwater storage tank, and the "side power" bow thruster. there are 2 directional blown air heating outlets. 2 x 12v reading lights, 1 double 13A mains socket outlet.
The saloon has a U shaped dinette, with dining table with folding leaves and laminated wood fiddles. There is a blown air heater below the port berth and 240v 13A double socket outlet to the rear. below the starboard berth is a freshwater tank and the Whale/Seaward F650 6 gallon water heater, powered by both mains and/or engine calorifier. there is extra storage behind the berth cushions and 240 13A double socket outlet forward. There is a drinks cabinet to the rear. The port berth has extra storage both below and behind the berth cushions and an aft facing chart table and generous chart stowage. the navigation instrument and control panel (with access behind it) is to port. The Eberspacher blown air heating control is above the chart table and the mains control unit with circuit breakers is below the chart table, with adjacent storage.
The galley consists of a stainless steel sink with hot/col mixer tap, Plastimo Neptune 2000 2 burner gimballed with grill and oven. There is storage below the sink and the oven, storage cupboards port side and open storage shelf behind the fridge, in addition to a dedicated cutlery draw. A full set of original Beneteau Crockery and cutlery is included. There is a deep storage cupboard (with shelf) under the worktop for pans and other cooking appliances, there are two 240v 13A sockets above the worktop and a separately wired 240v 800W microwave. There is a 12v 150 litre capacity fridge with shelf and chiller. Above and adjacent to the fridge are hanging storage rails for utensils, a fire blanket and a SILVA hand bearing compass. On the reverse side of the same bulkhead is a key rack.
Athe aft cabin has a hanging locker and storage below, a large double berth, a book shelf, a "bitsnbobs" shelf, two directional 12v lights plu the ceiling light. There is a directional blown air heating outlet and a double 240v 13A socket outlet. there is storage under the foot of the berth, and under the head. 12 volt electric isolators for both batteries, the windlass and the bow thruster are above the "bitsnbobs" shelf.
The heads has a built in hand basin with mixer tap, toilet roll holder below, and a bathroom cabinet above with sliding glass doors and a shelf. the Jabsco seawater toilet has a hanging wet locker behind. there is a handheld shower head and an electric sump pump. There is a nautical pattern mirror.
