"Sand Dollar" is an excellent example of the Cory Yachts Kent 27 motor yacht. Built in 1999, the mouldings were completed by Cory Yachts in the UK before the boat was fitted out and completed by the Koalite Boatyard in the Netherlands. She is constructed and finished to a very high standard and has been lovingly maintained by the current owners of 16 years. Very comfortable accommodation for 2 with plenty of room for day guests. Great for the Lake or well suited to river or coastal locations.

Heavily constructed blue GRP hull with white wheel house / saloon. Stainless steal guard rails and handles provide security on deck. Bow roller for anchor with an electric windlass.
A full cockpit enclosure gives extra covered space in poor weather and shade when the sun is out. Stern mounted boarding ladder and an extra boarding platform has been fitted to ease access from a tender. The cockpit has 3 good sized lockers and there is a substantial amount of storage space inside with lockers under the saloon floor, under bunks and seating and in various cupboards.
The interior is fitted out to a very high standard in Teak throughout which gives a warmth to the cabin and saloon.
Powered by a 40hp Yanmar 3JH3E inboard diesel with shaft driven 3 bladed propeller. The engine has just over 1000 recorded hours and was last serviced in July 2017.
2 X 12V batteries provide engine start and domestic power, these being charged via the engine or a shore power battery charger. Additional power is provided by a Honda EX350 petrol generator though this is not an integral fitting to the boat.
The cockpit with cushioned seating and removable canopy provides a comfortable outside space. Double doors lead into into the saloon with galley to port with 2 burner hob with oven and grill, stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water, fridge located under the helm seat. Worktop space is increased by folding the helm seat forward. To starboard is the saloon table with L shaped settee seating.
Moving forward and stepping down, to starboard is a good sized heads with sea toilet (holding tank fitted), sink and shower and a large hanging locker opposite.
The forecabin has a V berth, plenty of storage, 2 fixed portholes and a deck hatch.
