At the helm is a Lowrance X-4 PRO a compass, Ray C70 Navico Autp Pilot, along with a VHF radio and gauges, consisting of volt, temp & PSI.
The Captain sits on an adjustable seat and has good clear visibility
There is roughly 6’2” of headroom in the boat there is an abundance of natural light in the boat. The side windows open and the aft salon window will open also. On the port side in the salon is a large adjustable dining table with L shape seating. Under the seat is the salons single self contained 16000 BTU unit AC that also can provide heat. The sole is a wooden oak veneer sole, access to the Volvo diesel is through the salon sole. On the starboard side is hull storage and the ships electrical panel. For privacy you can close the curtains
The galley is down and the port side. In the galley is a sink, Force 10 marine oven with cooktop, microwave, dual 12 &110 volt fridge, electrical outlets and good storage.
The V-berth is forward. There is a deck hatch, side port lights cabin lights and closet.
The head is opposite the galley and has a solid privacy door, with mirror. You will see the tank watch panel a sink. with a faucet that double as a shower handle. There is also great access to the back of the helm where you can get to the helms wiring.
The cockpit has a center line transom gate. Starboard side in the cockpit is molded in boarding steps. Inside of the transom is transom storage, perfect for hanging lines along with storage under the cockpit sole (a generator could be added here). There is dedicated storage area for the boats propane. Then there is there stainless steel bridge ladder to the brigde. On the transom is a platform and the vessel has a davit the will pick up a small outboard.
The 31 has a great bridge with three adjustable seats. There is a bimini top. At the helm is a bow thruster, the Ray C70 can be bought up from the interior. There is a stereo, the windlass and surrounding the bridge is a safety rail. The vessel has a decent walk around with hand rails running down both side of the hull above the windows. At the boat is the bow rail, the windlass and the forward deck hatch.
The Volvo is an inline 6 turbo charged motor coupled up to a Volvo transmission with a 1 1/2" shaft with dripless shaft seal. The transmission and throttle are operated by mecanichal lever cables. On November 2018 the meter showed 1757hours. The motor has a closed cooling system with raw water cooled exhaust. The heat exchanger was recently removed and cleaned and pressure tested. The complete cooling system was cleaned and flushed and the after cooler was recently replaced.
