The Catalina 400 is one of the most popular forty foot sailboats ever designed. She has one of, if not the best, interior layouts in the Catalina line of sailing vessels. White Swan is a particularly well-maintained and updated example of this nice model. Her master suite features a centerline queen with plenty of seating, hanging lockers, storage and a private entrance to the aft head.
She has an excellent galley and her salon is large and has good ventilation with plenty of natural light. The marine reverse cycle air conditioning and heat will keep the interior comfortable in all climates.
Her cockpit is fantastic with plenty of seating for guests. The full enclosure ensures you can entertain outside, regardless of the weather.
White Swan is ready to go cruising! Her current owner purchased and outfitted her for an extended Caribbean adventure with his family. After a year of planning, personal issues have forced them to cancel the trip. Their loss can be your gain!

Below decks, White Swan is a beautiful, well-maintained boat. As you descend the companionway steps, the spacious galley is to starboard. The aft head is conveniently located to port of the steps and has entry doors from both the aft master stateroom and the salon. The nav station is forward of the head and across from the galley.
The large master stateroom is aft, featuring a centerline queen berth with long curved bench seats on either side, large hanging lockers, plenty of cabinet space, two opening hatches, a vanity and a private entrance to the aft head.
The salon feels light and bright. It features a long straight settee to port and a U-shaped dinette to starboard. The large dining table converts to a full berth.
Continuing forward, the guest head with shower is to starboard with a large hanging locker directly across to port.
All the way forward, there is a comfortable guest stateroom that features a privacy door, large V-berth and additional storage.
The galley is well-designed with abundant storage and a surprisingly large amount of counter space.
