Twin 3GM30 Yanmar diesels have been well maintained with new rod bearings installed December, 2016, lower units rebuilt completely in December, 2016. Sails were taken to the USA in 2014 and restitched, new Sunbrella added to the genoa and an oversize mainsail bag made. She comes complete with a full inventory of tools and spare parts for virtually everything aboard.
She does need some cosmetic work, mostly on the interior. Thus the low price. The salon windows need replacing as do some of the hatches. The owner will have these items taken care of, new hatches and all new windows.

The engines have approximately 7,500 hours each, have been very well maintained. They start easily and run smoothly without excessive smoke. In December 2016 the engines were thoroughly inspected. The only thing necessary was replacement of the rod bearings. At the same time both raw water pumps were rebuilt and the transmission seals were replaced.
History and Owner Comments
"I purchased the boat nov of 2008. At that time the engines had 4.5k hrs. I used the boat in bahamas for 6 months per year every winter and extensivly in keys summers till spring of 2012when i began captained charters in keys moving to belize and rio in july 2012. I chartered average 2weeks per month thru summer12 . Moved the boat to fla in nov 12 and to bahamas and back to fla. Where it was drydocked while i did medical treatment till jan 14. Sailed to carribean nov 14 then i sailed the boat back to roatan dec 14 i moved boat back to rio in june 15. I hauled the boat in rio in april 2016 for complete bottom maintenance and service outdrives. I rebuilt all bearings in outdrives in nov 13 while on hard in fla. I replaced lower bearings on crank on engine stb. In nov of 15. And inspected port engine rings bearings to insure in good order. In all that time i have performed constant maintenance on both drive and engine units. In all that i have put 3500 hrs on each engine.
While the boat was in drydock in 13 The hydrolic drive unit for autopilot was replaced with new unit. The computer was replaced with more modern unit and controll head upgraded to the st70 series. Radar unit sent back to furuno for complete upgrade and new rudder sensors for both hydrolic and st5000 wheel pilot were installed. Sails restitched at masthead in st pete. Including repair some chafe on main and spinacker. And spinacker sock and bell installed for ease of use. Raw waterpumps were rebuilt bearings and seals with extras purchased for two spare pumps. And new impellers. Starters replaced on both engines with new spare. New hoses. Belts extra alternator. Windlass reciently rebuilt in roatan new 225 ft 5/16 gal chain installed 2014. So basically all systems are in good condition with recent upgrades. Refrig rebuilt in rio 2015. New Engle in galley 2013."
