The Hallberg Rassy 312 is a heavy displacement safe five berth blue water cruising yacht powered by a Volvo Penta Series 2003 28hp diesel engine. Teak decks, teak cockpit sole complete with teak cockpit seating. Wheel steering. Saloon and cabin upholstery re-covered 2017. During production approximately 60 Hallberg Rassy 312's were built each year.
Accommodation is for five persons in two cabins including the saloon.
The forward cabin has two single berths in the usual 'V' configuration. These berths will convert with an infill to a large double if required. Storage and opening roof hatch.
Aft of the forward cabin and to port is a large hanging locker.
The head is to starboard and fitted with a sea toilet, wash hand basin and shower. Pressurised hot and cold fresh water.
The saloon has two single settee berths with one single sea berth right aft and to starboard. The settee backs can be raised for extra room when used as berths. Opening roof hatch and portlights to the deck.
The galley is to port at the after end of the saloon and is fitted with two stainless steel sinks. Pressurised hot and cold water delivered via a mixer tap. There is also a manual fresh water pump. Two ring gas cooker with oven. Fridge. Easy clean working surfaces and copious storage spaces. The dining area has a large bulkhead mounted dining table that will seat a full crew and is local to the galley for ease of catering and entertaining.
The saloon has a 'proper ship' cosy feel to it with much quality hard wood in evidence. The saloon and cabin upholstery is blue in colour and has been recovered 2017.
New carpet fitted 2014.
The yachts Volvo 28 hp diesel engine can be accessed from the saloon.
The navigational station is at the after end of the saloon and to starboard.
