Liberty 458s were based on a Peterson 44 hull stretched 2 ft. This is a performance cruiser. 2 ft longer than a Peterson 44 but twice the interior space it seems due to high overhead and "den" instead of V-birth forward. Full headroom throughout cabin. She has a large rear deck for lounging with 2 large deck boxes for storage. 6 hatches, 2 deck prisms and numerous port lights bring lots of daylight below deck. This is a safe Blue Water sailboat and a luxurious live-aboard cruiser all wrapped up in one.

Additional 900 lbs of lead weight added to keel. Forward facing nav desk. Other Liberty 458s have Port side facing desk. King-sized rear berth with specially made mattress allows sleeping fore/aft or side to side.
