On display during the 2020 Blue Water Boat Show @ Port Annapolis Marina October 9th - 11th. 'Sequel' is a fully found Morris Justine 36. From the words of John Kretschmer 'A graceful Chuck Paine design, the Justine 36 is superbly engineered and well proportioned. It is just large enough to be a genuine cruising boat with a nice turn of speed but it is small enough to be nimble and easily handled. Whether your sailing schedule allows for an afternoon gliding along Penobscot Bay or a month making your way to Nova Scotia, the Justine 36 will be right at home.' From the hand of Chuck Paine and built by the artisans at Morris Yachts the created a classic Maine-built boat. Good looks but not overly flashy. Graceful and easy to handle short crewed. Built like a tank using hand-laid solid fiberglass hull with vinyl ester resin, an internal hull stiffening of stringers and floors, and fully tabbed bulkheads. Everything in the boat that might need to come out can go through the companionway, including the tanks. The deck is cored with half-inch end-grain balsa and is solid glass in high load areas. Externally mounted lead ballast mounted to a keel stub, allowing for a deep and proper bilge. 'Sequel' is hull 4 of 33 built and has been maintained in great condition with regular upgrades. Her current owner purchased 'Sequel' in 2016 and in the four years in their tenure they have made several major systems and cosmetic upgrades. If you are in the market for a well kept Morris 36 at a realistic price than you need look no further than 'Sequel'. List of Major Upgrades
