The Rose is well kept and beautiful example of the venerable Aanapaolo designed motorsailer. Nauticat is the gold standard in motorsailers. She is the perfect boat for someone looking for a motorsailer that sails well and the 75 hp deisel insures you will get to that favorite harbor with time to spare.
The nonskid decks as opposed to teak, provide a much lower maintenance approach and a safe deck surface for good footing in all conditions. The lifeline system was customized with increased stanchion heights to elevate the handrails and maximize safety.
She has a generator allowing you to use air conditioning, lighting and refrigeration while on a mooring or at anchor .
Accommodations
The Rose has a traditional V berth in the forward cabin with a large hatch overhead. Just aft is a head with a large hanging locker opposite..
Next aft to port is a large U shaped converting (double berth) dinette across from a fore and aft galley.
Up two steps and aft is pilothouse with 360 degrees of visibility with level sightlines whether seated or standing.
The lower helm is on centerline with Morse gear & throttle. There is an L shaped settee on the starboard side aft and an inboard sliding step that can be converted to a pilot berth. Located in the port aft corner is a single settee.
Heavy sliding doors port and starboard provide access to pilothouse and deck
The aft cabin has the popular, large athwartship berth and a large head ensuite. There are 4 opening port lights for light and ventilation and two aft looking portlights.
