'Mañana' has been re-powered with a new (not rebuilt) Yanmar. She has experience cruising and racing, and boasts a great sail inventory and many spare parts.
The Mirage 33, designed by Bob Perry was built with "state of art" construction techniques of the period. Built by Mirage Yachts near Montreal, QC. Basically identical to the Mirage 35, she delivers the best of both worlds, cruising and racing, while being about 500 pounds lighter than the 35. Her spacious cockpit, wide decks and very large cabin below that has a warm atmosphere due to the teak used.
She is equipped with demand hot water, A/C, refrigeration, autopilot, GPS, and wind instruments, and she was re-powered with a Yanmar in 2009.
